Salad with figs, feta cheese and hibiscus syrup


  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of Dinapoja Hibiscus syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • salt, pepper
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • arugula
  • a few basil leaves
  • 8 figs
  • diced feta cheese
  • For the dressing, you beat the onion, the mustard, the syrup, the vinegar, salt and pepper and slowly add the oil.
    Mix the large quantity of the arugula with the dressing but save some for the garnish with the basil.
    Cut the figs and add them with the feta cheese. Bathe the salad with some olive oil and garnish with the rest of the arugula and the basil leaves.
