Fresh fruit with mascarpone cream

  • 250gr mascarpone cheese
  • 250gr dairy cream
  • 60gr flavored sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of rose geranium liqueur
  • fresh fruit
  • rose geranium syrup
  • Whip the cream with the flavored sugar until firm and flavor with the rose geranium liqueur. Mix half of the cream with the mascarpone cheese and carefully add the rest of the cream. Freeze for 30 minutes. Marinate the fruit with the rose geranium syrup. Serve the cream with the marinated fruit and garnish with flavored sugar.
